Who Are These Designers?
Greg Hedges is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a B.S. in Graphic Design and an M.S. in New Media. Before founding ThreeOneFive Design with Steve Masiclat and Doug Strahler, Greg worked as a designer for the design firm Context Studio, and in-house for King Features, a division of the Hearst Corporation. He also has worked as a freelance designer working with clients such as Patrick McDonnell and his Mutts property and Countertop Concepts, a division of Intelco. Over the past 6 years Greg has developed extensive experience in various design disciplines including identity, advertising, marketing and web design. Through his employment his work has covered the genres of finance, e-commerce and entertainment.

Stephen Masiclat earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, and his Masters from Cornell University. He has been working in interactive media since 1990 when, as a graduate student, he worked on ground-breaking projects on the original IBM Infowindow system as well as Apple Computer's HyperCard. His interactive media work has won numerous awards and has been displayed in galleries and museums around the world including the Newseum in Washington D.C. and The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, California. In addition to being a Partner in ThreeOneFive Design, he holds the position of tenured Director of the Graduate Program in New Media in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Douglas Strahler earned a B.S. in Communication: Emerging Technology and Multimedia from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters degree in New Media from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He has worked as a freelance illustrator and multimedia designer, and his past clients include for Orion International, and the National Press. He designed the multimedia presentation for National Geographic Online's "Excellence in Online Journalism Award" shown at the National Press Foundation gala in Washington, D.C. Strahler was also a panelist at the Roundtable on Internet Legal Issues, at the Eastern Communication Association Convention in Philadelphia, PA.
